My Story

Ramón Cruz has 25 years of experience in sustainability, environmental policy, urban planning, and climate justice. He is a visiting professor at Princeton University.

From 2020 to 2023, he served as president of the Sierra Club, the oldest and largest environmental organization in the United States. He has held positions in Puerto Rico as vice president of the Environmental Quality Board and commissioner of the Energy Commission.
